Updated drawings with new entries on Onex Revision Log dtd April 9, 2012.
Terminated wire connectors on wing fold electrical contacts.
Riveted the bottom of the middle and outboard wing skins.
Fitted the aileron and aileron push rod to check operation and any binding. The push rod would touch the exit slot when moved to the full down position. Lengthened the slot about 3/4" for clearance. A dime made a good template to draw a radius for the slot end. The pushrod also touched the slot in the main spar when moved to the extreme down position. This may not be a problem since the rod may not move that far with final rigging.
Did a final inspection that the internal structure was satisfactory and riveted the top skins.
Took about 80 hours for this wing vs 200 for the other side.
I'm holding off on attaching the wingtips (W-02) untill I receive the AVEO Powerburst lights to fit them to the tips.
About 490 total construction hours thus far and 5 months since kit delivery.
